Ia Orana & Welcome to Studio Deluxe, Located on the 4th floor, this 33m2 unit with a 20m2 terrace includes: 1 main room equipped with a pull-out bed, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The terrace overlooking the lagoon, will allow you to enjoy your meals and relax. Entirely renovated since May 2022, perfectly equipped, furnished and air-conditioned with a Wifi connection at disposal. The access to the 4th floor, its exterior staircase with landing allows you to access it easily and at your own pace.

Located on the mountain side, about 20 meters above sea level. In a quiet environment, at the edge of the ring road, along the peaceful waters of the Bora Bora lagoon. This apartment overlooks crystal clear waters and offers breathtaking sunsets.
