This exceptional villa entirely renovated in 2019 with swimming pool offers a breathtaking 180° view of the lagoon. Located on the heights of Punaauia, 15 minutes from Tahiti airport you will enjoy a precious calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the capital Papeete. At the beginning of July the Ninamu Pearl is expanding and will offer you its superb villas with private swimming pool with an even more breathtaking view.

Nearby there are many activities available to you: snorkeling, scuba diving, canoeing, paddle, paragliding, hiking, 4X4 excursions in the mountains, tour of the island maritime excursions .... In a few minutes you will discover a wide variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. The town of Papeete is easily accessible in about twenty minutes. Villa Ninamu Pearl is located very close to the Museum of Tahiti and her islands.
