We are conveniently situated near Manila's airports (Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4) and just a 15-minute walk from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3. You can easily find us behind the SAVOY Hotel.

Our home offers cozy amenities designed to provide you with comfort and a pleasant stay. With our fully furnished features, you'll have everything you need for convenience. Your safety is our priority. The building management ensures that all guests and visitors follow health and safety protocols. Additionally, we guarantee that our unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We use a disinfection atomizer, a HEPA air purifier, and eco-friendly cleaning products.

101 Newport Boulevard Condominium is situated in Newport City, a 25-hectare area that combines commercial and residential spaces offering leisure, entertainment, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. You will also find several well-known international hotel brands nearby, including Savoy, Sheraton, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Marriott, and various boutique hotels.
