Located on the 6th floor facing amenities (swimming pool) and Iloilo River 24 hour security guard Across ILOILO RIVER ESPLANADE, where you can spend outdoor (walking jogging strolling) and enjoy the beautiful sunset view. Walking distance to Bank ATM, restaurants, hospital, groceries, coffee shops 5-10 min. drive to SMCity Mall, Plazuela de Iloilo, SnR, Atria, Smallville, GICC mall, ILOILO CONVENTION CENTER, Megaworld convenience store just before the main gate of the condominium
Yes, someone is in charge while during your stay
The neighbourhood is very safe it is guarded with security 24hours a day in the entrance. There a less traffic on our building area as some units are not yet occupied. Mall, School, Hospital and store are very close to neighbourhood. Guest can walk around the Iloilo Boardwalk park about 5 km trail eather walk or jogging, at back of the building there is Festive Walk Mall where you can have a coffee brake. Iloilo Convention is not too far if there events held on the are. There is Plazuela de Iloilo where good restaurant located and many more.
