Collect key at mailbox#929 3. Go to elevator, proceed to 9th floor, find Unit No. 929 4. Lock front door at all times. 5. At check out: put all used and dirty linens and towels on top of the bed. 6. Pull electrical panel lever behind front door (please do not forget). 7. Lock front door. 8. Proceed to check out at the front desk. 7. Drop key back to mailbox# 929. Important Note: You may hear the next door neighbor that shares the bathroom wall pound the wall in that area. Please call the front desk or the attention of the guards as this has been an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved by management. Thank you.
We are retired Filipino-American couple currently splitting our time between the United States and the Philippines. We are both outgoing people and love to travel, meet new people, enjoy food of any cultural background. We are very responsive to inquiries, concerns and comments of our guests because it will help us to improve our service.
The staff of Avida and neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. Nightlife is alive, restaurants offer delicious food. There is also a convenience store across the street.
