My condominium unit is right next to Robinsons Mall, public transport are easy, getting from one place to another is just a ride away. Walking distance to the famous Lacson Strip during Masskarra Festival, 20 mins away from the airport.. Kindly state the correct number of guests. Children stay for free if using existing bed with the adults. A five hundred security deposit will he collected via Gcash or Bank transfer atleast 1 day before arrival and will be refunded upto 7 days after departure. Also close to all the restaurants of bacolod city... An elevator is available in the building. However, there are around 10-15 steps of stairs to climb to reach our unit. If you are okay with this, you can book our unit. Kindly take note that we will collect a five hundred pesos security deposit (via Gcash or Bank Transfer) atleast a day before arrival. This is refundable upto 7 days after check out once we have ensured that no house rules were violated.
I am friendly and accommodating. Since I have a work other than managing our unit, I do not meet guests personally. Rather, I communicate via the Booking website about the check in procedures so kindly check your booking messages regularly.
