Guests also enjoy inviting common areas: • A shared living room with Netflix, where you can relax, watch movies, or connect with other travelers. • A shared kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle. To avoid any misunderstanding, please note: a kitchenette is not a full kitchen. It is a small space provided ONLY for: – Making coffee or tea – Reheating meals in the microwave – Storing drinks or ready-made food in the fridge Strictly not allowed: cooking of any kind (boiling, frying, grilling, etc.) or preparing fruits, vegetables, or raw food. The kitchenette is a convenience for quick use, not a place for meal preparation. These rules are explained clearly so there is no misunderstanding, and to keep the space fresh, clean, and hygienic for all guests. • Bathrooms: We keep things boutique and practical. Two bathrooms are shared among four rooms, meaning a maximum of two rooms per bathroom. This ensures facilities are never crowded and remain easily available. Bathrooms are cleaned daily to maintain spotless, hygienic conditions throughout your stay. Daily cleaning is also provided for the common areas, so shared spaces stay sanitary and welcoming.
