My property is new and was published since Oct 29, 2018. The interior design is contemporary, simple and unique. It has all the necessary furnitures, appliances, extra pillows, linens, blankets, bath towels, bedsheets and etc. We provide a complimentary for the guests like shampoo, conditioner, rolled tissue, bath towels, bath soap & toothpaste. Even we offer free soy sauce, salt and vinegar for cooking. A video karaoke for entertainment is provided too. The place is peaceful, quiet, secured and guarded. It's perfect for the Big or Small families, Group of friends, Young couples or even a solo traveler. The place is also a perfect for transit from and to Mactan International Airport. The property location is very strategic coz it accessible and near from the Main road. The gate is about 3 mins from the Hi-Way. In the Hi-Way you can find a public transport like jeepney, taxi, Grab and Tricycle. There are 7-eleven, Restaurants, food stalls, fruits and vegetable Stalls, Wash and Dry laundry outside the property. We can arrange an AIRPORT PICK UP & DROP OFF @ fixed price by the without any commission. My goal is to offer my guest a satisfaction & quality services.

The neighborhood is so quite, secured and friendly. They're very hospitable and accommodating. Feel at home when you're at my property. There is 24/7 security guards roaming inside the subdivision. The Guest are guaranteed safety inside the property premises. It's accessible to the main road going to Lantaw Restaurant & 10,000 Roses in Cordova. It's about approx 6kms from my house. You can ride a jeepney, taxi or a tricycle going to the place. It's near from Cordova Port where you can book a boat for an island hopping to Kalanggaman Island, Olanggo Island, Hilutungan Island and other nearby islands. My home is very accessible from the hiway and is 10-20 mins from the Mactan Cebu International Airport by taxi. It's also near from Birhen sa Regla Parish, Gaisano Mall & Ferry Boat Terminal going to Cebu.
