Lovely new modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, fully furnished with two air conditioners to both bedroom . House has a fully equipped kitchen and a bar kitchen and living room has a 50" smart TV and WiFi. It has a laundry with clothes washing machine. Private and fenced garden with a large undercover terrace area. Safe and secure, super clean and comfortable including linen and towels. Situated in a semi rural setting and yet still close to all the tourist hotspots. Guest access Entire house with fenced yard.. The house provide free unlimited drinking water and one set linen one bath towel per guest. Coffee, sugar and tea on arrival. The house is in a Semi Rural setting and would suit guest looking for a quite safe location though still close to all the tourist spot. This house would suit guest who want to be on vacation though still want to feel like they are at home by having a nice garden and balcony and the Semi Rural vibes. And two rooms only for 3 to 4 person, for 1 to 2 person only 1 bedroom can occupy. Other things to note 1.) No pets. 2.) No parties or functions. 3.) 24 hour security camera monitoring entrances and yard. 4.) Secured parkings for motorcycles and off road parking for cars. 5.) If the garbage is not properly segregated in the bins provided, a fee 500 peso will apply. 6.) Air conditioners are to be switch off when the house is not occupied. normal use of electricity is factored in our pricing. 7.) No toilet paper, no sanitary items, no wipes to be flushed down the toilet. Septic tank is for human waste only otherwise pay a fee 500 peso. 8.) Switch off the lights when it’s not using it. 9.) The guest are not allowed to have visitors to the house unless prior approval by host. 10.) Noise to be kept at a minimum 10pm to 7am 11.) Smoking is strictly are not allowed inside the house only in the balcony violations will incur a 2,000 pesos cleaning fee.

We can advise on where to shop with the best prices for food and fresh produce, souvenirs and clothing etc. Help with transport if required and car/motorcycle rentals.
