*Be Happy. Welcome to our house. Please be at home. Fundamentally we are about nature=not party. We go to sleep early and we get up early. *Congrats . U are now “front row” Front row is not only about best views.. but best air and best sound and little to no mosquitos. *Check in before dark 530pm so proper orientations can happen *Check out is 10am so room clean can happen If u want to extend , don’t delay cause we only have 4 rooms and they can book up fast. *Don’t bring house towels to the beach *Absolutely no candles *Smoking is outside only. *House has dug well into limestone. Water is clean of bacteria but has some mineral. So we “drink”bottled,deep well,spring water. Make it cold in the blue fridge. Drink a lot. Only put spring water in the electric kettle. *WiFi passwords are on fridge and wall in common area *The house has no municipal septic and limited trash services so b smart. Go easy on plumbing. Don’t put hairs and or whatever in the system. *As you will observe ,we leave doors and windows open but you must monitor them during rainy season. Oct. thru january. If you leave your room adjust your windows and or doors. The sliding glass door facing the ocean must b shut when u leave the house. *Creatures come in the house looking for food.. ref: mice , …so all foods from candy to bread to fruit need to b stored in the kitchen blue fridge. *There is no kitchen access other then the blue fridge. *A very accommodating house manager is usually always here. Rooms are cleaned everyday. * Guests staying 3 nights or more can have their laundry done for free. * Many choices of restaurants all are easy to walk to. *There is no security issues with walking at night. Motorcycle and surfboard rentals are abundant. Let us know if u need help. Surfboard storage is in the garage *The front door is locked at midnite. *The house is well watched by manager and 3 lovely dogs. *We leave a lot of lights on 24/7 *We have security camera upon entry to the house
