This is a corner unit having one bedroom with queen size bed and in addition loft space with another queen size bed. Unit is 53 sqmtr. This a very spacious unit for families. We provide welcome drink, toiletries upon check in and very strong wifi. This is the only unit in Casa Jessica that provides all basic needs for the guest. This is centrally Located place: Near Jollibee Molino, right behind Local Molino (Previously V Central Molino Mall). Pure gold in front and Super 8, with Cavite East Asia Medical Center at your right side of the Condo and BDO towards left and 2 -5 minute walk to Fast-food's such as Jollibee, Shakey, Wendy's, Tapa king, Mang Inasal, chow king, Contis and many more. 5 minute walk to Molino public market and public transport for Van, taxi and buses. We do arrange transfer and airport pick up when required and can be arrange in advance.
Hi, Im Collin your Host. Currently residing outside the country, However I will be in touch all the way from check in to check out. I had my co-cost residing in the premises so there is nothing to worry about attending to your needs.
Prime location for Groceries, Fast Food, Bank, Hospital and accessible to public transport. Mostly 2-3 minute walk to groceries, fast food and mall. Parking space for now is free soon it will be a paid parking in front of the building
