Casa Joaquin is in a residential subdivision close to the airport and next door to a currently being constructed megacomplex called ARCA SOUTH being built by the premier builder Ayala Corporation which built the Makati Commercial Center and is also developing Bonifacio Global City. You are 20 minutes away from Bonifacio Global City and 30 minutes away from Mall of Asia by jeepney or taxicab. YOu may hire private service vehicles with drivers who can take you anywhere for day trips in the metro manila area or even to the outskirts of Metro Manila like Tagaytay, Batangas and even to the Banaue Rice Terraces.
