A comfortable 21 sq. m. studio-type condo which can accommodate 2-3 persons. Furnished with a twin-sized pull-out bed, a sofa, a dining/working table, a refrigerator, microwave oven, induction stove, rice-cooker and cooking utensils. Complete with wifi, flat TV and split-type air-conditioning unit. Comfort room provided with hot and cold shower. Located at the heart of Bacolod and a walking distance from the Provincial lagoon and Ayala Mall. Just a few steps from famous fastfood chains and restaurants like Imay's and Felicia's. Building with roofdeck swimming pool, 24-hr elevator and security. With basement and front parking lot. A convenience store and laundry at the ground floor.
We're a husband and wife team living in Negros Occidental province, an island in the Philippines whose economy is largely dependent on sugarcane. We love quiet and beautiful places and we love to host.
