Failure to provide required information may result in denied building access. Guests will appreciate modern comforts such as fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics, and a hot water shower. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and ideal for both short stays and longer visits. Located in the secure Two Regis residential complex near Bacolod’s Government Center, the condo offers a peaceful environment while remaining close to cafes, grocery stores, malls, and key city spots.
