Cozy studio condo in the heart of Iloilo city close to tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping. A perfect crash pad for visiting Iloilo city. With views of the condo pool, this non-smoking condo is a place for you to re-treat, relax and reset. The air-conditioned studio is equipped with all the necessities - a kitchen with induction burner, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, pots&pans, rice cooker, dinette, 42 inch smart google TV, love seat, iron, hair dryer, cabinet, love seat, hot&cold shower, a full bed with fresh linens and a single roll away futon for the 3rd guest. Street parking on building premises (within the condo development) is available on a first come first served basis. Pool use is free for the first two guests. Fee for the third guest will be collected by the building reception.
