In this place your family or group of friends can stay near everything a city can offer! Bike lane along the streets and walking area lane near the building. Business establishments like festive mall, cinemas, restaurants,walking distance to ICC&KTown (8min). The building offers a free access to swimming pool, gym, sky gardens, kids playground and kids play room. My unit is in 4th flour with sunrise view and pool view. The pool is ln the 3rd floor. Have free unlimited wifi and netflix access.
I currently live in Norway. I work here as a Geriatric nurse and my home in Palladium is actually my vacation home when i bought it last 2022. I offer my vacation home to a guest like you, to enjoy the comfort and simplicity of condo living in the city of love. I have a caretaker, Janet, to cater the guests needs from checking and cleaning services og to assists the guests during their stay in the unit. Our pleasure is your safety and comfort.
Peaceful and safe neighborhood. Its a few minutes walk to all necessities in condo living. Very convinient for staycation, relaxation and long term vacation.
