The listed unit is located on the second level, accessible by a few flights of stairs passing through the dirty kitchen area. --- Additional Property Information: The house is located on the second level and is accessible via a flight of stairs. Parking is permitted within the property. Parties and small events are allowed, as the front yard is accessible and spacious. Guests may also access the dirty kitchen, which serves as the passageway to the second level.
