From 1:00 PM onward: Free of charge (subject to availability)

- Late Check-out Policy
We can extend your stay when rooms are available.
Late check-out must be requested at the front desk on your departure day.
- Late Departure Fees
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: 50% of the daily room rate applies
After 4:00 PM: A full night’s rate (100%) will be charged
Complimentary late check-out until 1:00 PM may be granted upon request, subject to availability.
If we are unable to accommodate a late check-out, you may store your luggage with us free of charge.
- Important Notes
Peak Season Policy: During peak seasons, special dates, or high-occupancy days, early check-in and late check-out may not be available. Bookings during these periods are non-refundable.
Security Deposit: A cash deposit of ₱1,000 per room is required upon check-in. This will be fully refunded at check-out if there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Non-Smoking Rooms: All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A penalty of ₱5,000 will be charged to violators.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
