1. Solar Powered so there is no panic in the event of power outage. 2. Located in the center of Poblacion, San Juan, Siquijor. 3. Only 10 minutes walk to the white sand beach and a 5 Minutes walk to the famous Capilay's Spring Park Swimming Pool (natural flowing water from the mountains) clean and refreshing and it is free to the public both the beach and pool. 4. Close to all local convenience stores and restaurants. 5. From the main port of Siquijor, only less than 15 minutes drive to the accommodation. 6. Hot Shower
