Our beachfront homestay offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with free hot and cold water, complimentary coffee and tea, and reliable amenities throughout your visit. We use a pressure tank system to ensure strong and steady water pressure, while our Starlink backup connection provides uninterrupted Wi-Fi access. A backup generator is also available to keep the electricity running during outages. The property is generally peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to enjoy a restful sleep and a slow, relaxing morning by the beach.

Our place is right in the heart of San Juan, so everything is close by. Restaurants, cafes, and shops are all within walking distance. You can easily get around and enjoy the area without needing to ride.
