JD & S Apartment is a living space located in the only subdivision of Iligan which is right at the heart of the city. One street away from its main entry along Roxas boulevard is Palao supermarket where you can buy fresh local produce. If you want to buy groceries, you can ride a tricycle or sikad to Gaisano Mall or you can opt to walk. Gaisano mall happens to be in the same barangay as the apartment. We do not allow bringing pets inside the apartment unit, however, we have two friendly or harmless rescue dogs in the property. Do not panic or do not be alarmed. Just relax and allow them to sniff you or your things. Calling them by their names: Maribel (big one), and Kulit (small one) signals them that you are our guests. If they go out of the property, just let them be. Worry not because they will find a way (when another guest opens the gate) to return home.

Hi! I am a mother of four grown-up beautiful kids, a teacher for thirty-three years and have just decided to retire for good from the academe last 2023. I have nine dogs in my house, three of which are rescues. They are a handful but they give me joy and keep me company. At JD&S Apartment, there are also two rescues that roam freely around the premises. Their names are Maribel and Kulit. They are friendly and will not get in the way or bother you. Aside from dogs, I love ornamental plants. I am a full time host that lives two blocks away from my property, thus responding to my guests needs will not be a problem. I can also be reached thru text and messages.

It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There is a park nearby that you can jog or walk around. Must see places in the city can be reached thru taxi, jeepney, or habal-habal. There are also rent-a-car companies that you can avail at a reasonable price.
