I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a booking made through Booking.com for a villa identified as “DonnRaqui's Hidden Zen,” scheduled for April 25, 2026. On the scheduled date, the guests proceeded to the location in the booking confirmation. However, upon arrival, the property was found to be abandoned, unclean, and entirely unfit for occupancy. The villa appeared neglected and not operational. Additionally, all attempts to contact the provided phone number were unsuccessful, as calls were not answered. This situation caused significant inconvenience and distress to the guests, who were left without accommodation despite having a confirmed booking. Given these circumstances, it appears that the listing may be fraudulent, resulting in financial loss and undue hardship. In light of the foregoing, we respectfully request the following: 1. A full investigation into the listing “DonnRaqui's Hidden Zen” and the party responsible for it; 2. Immediate removal or suspension of the listing to prevent further incidents; 3. A full refund of the amount paid of Php 9,424.80; 4. Appropriate sanctions against the responsible party. We are prepared to provide supporting documents, including booking confirmations, proof of payment, and photographs of the property upon arrival.
