KL Tower Serviced Residences is being managed by Hospitality Innovators Inc. It is located within the heart of Makati City, close to high end malls and quality restaurants. All rooms are non-smoking but most of them have balconies to add a more relaxing experience to guests and travelers. KL Tower open its doors to travelers last February of 2014. Currently, we run 85 rooms ranging from Studio to One bedroom suites.

Neighborhood info

Legaspi Village is the more quiet area of Makati City Business District. KL Tower Serviced Residences is fronting one of the main parks of the area, the Legaspi Active Park wherein wide array of local and international cuisine are being sold every week during Legaspi Sunday Market. Legaspi Village is also known for having different kinds of restaurants which are near each other so walking around is quite an adventure. Besides restaurants, it is also near a lifestyle mall, hospital, churches and museums.
