La Luna Villa is a brand-new, sun-powered villa nestled between the world-famous Cloud 9 surf break and the serene Kanaway Beach in Catangnan. Surrounded by a lush coconut grove, it offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, placing you within easy reach of Siargao’s best surf, dining, and cultural experiences. The villa features three spacious bedrooms with flexible twin or king bed setups, each with air conditioning and ceiling fans. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and balcony, while the other two share a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, premium Arabica coffee beans from Portugal and essential spices, oils, and condiments. The dining table, custom-made by local artisans, expands to seat up to 8 guests, while the bright dining area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with tropical views. The open-plan living room has a large ceiling fan, 55" smart TV, and access to a small outdoor deck. Upstairs, the rooftop deck is perfect for sunset cookouts, with outdoor seating, dining space, and island views. The outdoor oasis also features a bath, shower, and mindfulness hut for yoga or meditation. As one of the few fully solar-powered properties in Siargao, La Luna Villa offers uninterrupted power which is a rare comfort on the island.
