The warm feeling of home. We are not a company. We are a family and this is what sets us apart. You check in at Le Chateau as a valued guest and check out as a friend.
The host is a well travelled individual having interacted with people of different nationalities. During his travels, he would always have fond stories of people rather than the places he has been to. From one country to another, every new person met is an adventure. Safe to say, one of the host's passion is traveling. Discovering various techniques on overseas accommodation to hone in his skills for his property. This how the Le Chateau family see every one of its valued guest, an adventure. Making another friend that will go back to their home away from home.
Le Chateau is French for country home. Operative word at Le Chateau Residences is HOME. Situated at the heart of the City of Smiles, it is located in a quaint but bustling neighborhood bordering Barangay Taculing and Mansilingan. The property is positioned about 100 meters near the Bureau of Internal Revenue's Bacolod Main Office. Right along one of the main arteries of the city, it is accessible to modern public transportation. The property has a sizable and secured parking area for valued guests with their own vehicles.
