We don't allow smoking and vaping inside the house, please use the street for smoking. A fine of 2,000 pesos will be charged once cigarette butts will be found inside the house. 3. For the lost and damaged items, smoking inside the property, bad stains, lost remote control, lost keys we charge 2,000 pesos. 4. Make sure to turn off aircon and appliances, electronics when not in use, lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 5. The host is not liable for any loss/theft of personal and valuable belongings of guests as we throw trash after each guest has checked out. 6. No illegal substance allowed 7.
