Welcome to Modern Comfort: Your Gateway to Quezon City is a two bedroom condo unit with balcony and has unique features that your family will surely love spending time together and finding quiet moment to yourself and centrally located place. Professional interior design and all new appliances and furnishing make the perfect setting for your next family vacation or romantic couples getaway. The Place The Unit features a private Balcony with amenity and City View. - Queen size bed, Twin size bed, Floor mattress, Office desk and chair - Cabinet Drawer - Couch / Sofa Bed (for sitting 4 pax) and a dining table. - 54" Smart TV w/ free access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Youtube and free Wifi connection. - Fully Air-Conditioned. - Kitchen is equipped with an Induction Stove, Fridge, Rice Cooker, Electric Kettle, Microwave, Cutlery Plates, Mugs, Pans and basic Cooking Essentials and Condiments. - The Bathroom has water Heater and Bidet. Guest Access Free access to Swimming Pool on 1st floor. It is open daily from 6:00AM to 10:00PM. NOTE: the pool may be closed at anytime without prior notice for maintenance and sanitation purposes.
