You'll have access to city attractions at your fingertips but can camp under the stars at night. Maria's deck is located on the rooftop of our residential building. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator, so guests MUST CLIMB STAIRS. 3rd Floor - Private Rooms 4th Floor - Shared Space (Community Lounge, Kitchen, and Bathroom) Roof Deck - Maria's Deck (Urban Glamping) Our caretakers live in the building. Safe and quiet neighborhood --PARKING-- GARAGE PARKING - We will provide 1 free parking slot inside our garage. STREET PARKING - Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. - Barangay Guadalupe Nuevo follows the one-side parking policy. GUADALUPE MALL PAID PARKING - You can park in the nearest mall and then take a tricycle back to our place. --HOUSERULES-- - Small pets are allowed. Pets must be in diapers at all times - No Smoking - Only registered guests are allowed in the building --HOUSEKEEPING-- LONG-TERM GUEST (3 days up): Free room cleaning and change of towels are done every 3 days. SHORT-TERM GUEST (1-2 days): Room cleaning and change of towels are done upon check-out. --OTHER FEES-- NON-OVERNIGHT GUEST FEE: Php 200/person/night
