A security deposit of PHP 3000 per room per night is required. Additional guests staying overnight will be charged PHP 1500.

Please be advised that the fee for lost keycards is PHP 500 per lost keycard.

Please note that for bookings made by a third party, the property requires an email from the third party granting authorisation to process the payment and to present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less.

Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of PHP 1500 per pet for the first night and PHP 1000 for each additional night.

All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations for rabies.

Please note that pets must be kept on a lead while in public areas of the property.

Please note that pets are not permitted in the restaurants and rooms.

A damage deposit of ₱ 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
