Shell residence is 5-10mins. Walking distance to Mall Of Asia and 5mins. Drive to City of Dreams, Okada, Solaire and so much more. Our place is very convenient when you are going to the airport since it’s 10-15 mins. Drive using the express way. Shell residence has a 24/7 CCTVs on every corner of the bldg and its very safe and has a friendly environment.. there are restaurants, Grocery store, massage spa and salon in the bldg.

Neighborhood info

Very close to Mall of Asia, Okada, Solaire, City Of Dreams, airport and a lot more. There is also a Taxi bay just in front of the bldg. There is a Taxi bay just outside of the bldg where Taxi is available 24/7
