The condo unit is situated at 3rd Floor of Mondavi 2. The unit is facing towards the playground where you can watch your kids playing. The condo unit is complete with basic needs such as fridge, microwave oven, kitchenwares, etc., The property also has a parking alley and walking pathways. It is also accessible to Tagaytay and Robinson's Premiere for shopping leisure.
Nevertheless, we come to Tagaytay too often and one of the nicest to stay in this place is very solemn. The tranquility of the place gives you a positive energy and the beauty of nature is an added attraction. Personally, I love to submerge in the pool in the morning before going around Tagaytay famous landmarks such as the Taal Volcao, People's Park, Picnic Groove to say the least. The kids were so much having fun at the Skyranch and the property owned playground.
The neighborhood is very quiet. The area is secluded and it has 24 hours security on duty so safety it is not an issue at all.
