Check in was seemless and the service impeccable. Great room with great space for an additional price but with the view to the volcano it was worth it.

The property was very clean and beautifully designed, but what truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional customer service. We were in Tagaytay to attend my brother’s wedding at 3 PM and arrived early to avoid traffic. Although the standard check-in time is 2 PM, the staff kindly allowed us to check in at 12 PM at no extra cost so we could prepare for the event. Special thanks to CJ, the bellboy, who was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We also appreciate Jayson from the restaurant, who kindly allowed us to order cereals for our 5-year-old son even though it wasn’t normally offered during lunch. That extra effort meant a lot to us. We’re also grateful to the reception staff who helped us book our return trip to Manila via the Joyride app. Splendido is not only clean and well-maintained, the warmth and generosity of the staff made our stay truly memorable.

Location - with a magnificent view of Taal Lake & volcano! Accessible to public transportation- tricycles & jeepneys. Bright room with a view/ balcony & comfortable bed & beddings! Staff were very friendly & helpful

Location is exactly at the center, front of Olivarez College. It was cold but we enjoyed the pool with a gym and spa in front. We got a free upgrade to Family Room and have our parents stayed with us which TCH don't mind, the room can even accomodate 6 persons, we're very satisfied, it was pet friendly but if you got 2 pets, you'll need to pay for the other. Also pets are not allowed in the restaurant and pool area. Free parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. You will also get a complete basics from toiletries to utensils and coffee needs.

It has easy access to a lot of food services and commercial services.

The owner's response is fast. The room are clean and very pleasing. The condo security and staff are very friendly and accommodating..
