Amani Grand Residence Mactan is ideally located in Matumbo, Lapu-Lapu City, accessible to all important places such as malls and supermarkets, hospitals, schools, banks and is very near the Mactan-Cebu International Airport. It is also just a 15-minute drive from Mandaue City and Cebu City. It is nature-packed-aesthetically designed vertical community. With such delightful place, you don’t have to look any further. Amani Grand Mactan offers a harmonious feeling of privacy and relaxation which is pivotal in revitalising your senses.
This condominium is newly constructed building and is still in house warming stage. Located just across Kiener Hills Hotel. Guests will enjoy cool ambiance and spectacular view. since it is conviniently located near famous malls and restaurants, guests can safely stroll ariund or take a taxi cab in going further such white sand beaches,famous attractions or neighboring cities.
