Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Only 3–5 minutes walk to markets, fast food, and commercial establishments — perfect for convenience and easy access. This is a budget-friendly and practical stay, ideal for guests who are comfortable with a simple and straightforward setup. Please note: The bathroom has a combined toilet and shower (wet bathroom style) Shower is cold water only (no hot water available) There is no sink inside the bathroom; the kitchen sink is used instead We are always happy to assist during your stay to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Some says I look too formal and serious looking... but ironically, I indeed funny and vocal all the time.
A mix residential and commercial area, no need to worry walking at night, usually authorities are doing their job roaming around.
