Property info

Please be advised that due to a temporary road closure in the surrounding area, vehicle access directly to the property may be limited. Guests may need to walk a short distance to reach the hotel. For your convenience, our staff can assist by arranging a pickup or meeting guests at a nearby accessible point. This situation is beyond the control of the property. All guests will be informed in advance prior to arrival. We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage guests to consider this information before confirming their reservation. Park Avenue Guesthouse 2443 formerly called the Trinidad household was first built in the 1920's, which was originally located somewhere in Malate, Manila. Eventually, the Trinidad house was disassembled and was relocated here in Pasay City. The house was rebuilt piece by piece and is considered a historical house in this compound and one of the oldest houses in Manila.

Neighborhood info

The Trinidad house was sold by its previous owners and is now being restored back to its traditional roots to be made as a perfect place to stay for people who prefer a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. With its proximity from the airport at 6.6 kilometers and it is right in the middle of the busiest city of the Philippines. You can also enjoy the nearby must-see destinations on Manila right around the corner.
