Perfect accommodation for group trips or couples with a 10-meter long private pool. Located in San Juan, in the mountain, ideal for disconnecting and only 10 minutes from the sea and most of the restaurants and bars. Amazing ocean & sunset views. Very equipped kitchen. Large 75m2 living room and kitchen open to nature and with large sofa. Spacious room of 18m2 in separate module with possibility for 2 double beds, 1 king and 1 queen size. Native private house / open industrial house. It has a kitchen, living room, relaxation area, and a covered terrace with a sofa and spectacular views of the sea, Apo Island, and Negros. Cozy garden.
