50sqm two-bedroom, victorian-theme condominium unit. With large outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, indoor baketball court and kids play area. With free wi-fi and Netflix. Very acessible to public transportation. Surrounded with grocery shops, convenience store and markets.
We are residents of the unit but are based overseas and would like to share our home to guests visiting/transiting Manila.
With 24-hour security. Nearby places: Lawson 24H Convenience store just outside the gate/main entrance, San Roque Supermarket 3–5 mins walk from gate/main entrance, Robinsons Easymart 10 mins walk from gate/main entrance, Mc Donalds 10 mins by public transport, 6km to SM Taytay, 8km to Eastwood, 8km to SM Angono, 10km to SM Megamall, 10km to EDSA Shangrila, 10km to Robinson’s Galleria, 10km to BGC Taguig, 11km to Ayala Avenue, 11km to Rockwell Makati, 12km to Cubao, 12km to Antipolo, 16km to NAIA Terminal 3, 19km to NAIA Terminal 1, 21km to Alabang Town Center, 58km to Tagaytay Highlands, 97km to Angeles Pampanga, 256km to Baguio City.
