Our simple yet modern homestay is set inside the forest, overlooking a lush green valley, surrounded by coconut trees and jungle. We are a quiet retreat, about 200 meters from the main road, accessible via a small sandy forest path suitable for walking or motorbikes (please take care at night or in wet conditions, as the path can be slippery). Cars cannot enter and must park on the main road. You’ll be welcomed by our friendly dogs, who love to meet guests! We offer two air-conditioned rooms and one eco-friendly Bamboo Room with a fan. All rooms feature a clean private bathroom with cold-water shower. Unlimited free drinking water is provided, along with complimentary morning coffee and tea. Relax and socialize at our large shared community table or the unique hanging table overlooking the valley. The property is ideal for remote work or staying connected via social media. Breakfast is served at our Green Valley Café. All bath soaps are handmade by Rose Apartment, organic, and crafted from local natural ingredients. Adventure is just steps away - a 300-meter jungle walk leads to Bitoon Beach, one of the best snorkeling spots with white sand and vibrant coral. The town center, with restaurants and local markets, is a 10-minute drive. Scooters are available for rent, and we can help arrange tours to explore the area. After booking, we will provide detailed directions from Tagbilaran or Jagna via the Booking app—please read these carefully for a smooth arrival.

A short 10–15 minute forest walk (300 meters) leads to the beach and stunning ocean, where you can relax, swim, snorkel, and explore vibrant coral reefs, tropical fish, and even turtles. Local restaurants and markets are only a 5–10 minute drive away. Scuba diving opportunities abound, and we are happy to help you arrange tours. Public buses and tricycles stop at the main road near the property, but for full flexibility, we recommend renting a scooter directly from us.
