Situated in the prestigious Tambuli Seaside Living in Maribago, this One Bedroom Suite offers 47.50 sqm of living space and a 6.50 sqm balcony with stunning ocean views, designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The suite includes a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a stylish bedroom with plush bedding. The expansive balcony features lounge chairs and a dining area, perfect for enjoying sunsets. Short-term rentals include access to the condo lap pool, while resort amenities like the lagoon pool and beach access require a Day Use Resort Voucher. For stays of 10 nights or more, guests enjoy full resort amenities at no extra cost. For reservations under 10 nights, a cleaning fee of 1500 pesos applies. Long-term guests booking early get priority for resort access, with a monthly limit of 4 adults and 4 children.
