The Seaside Villa is a large residential property with a dedicated courtyard for guests. It has a separate guest building with four large bedrooms looking out to a romantic koi pond and beautiful garden, especially made for guests to enjoy. There is a guest lounge with a water station and complimentary coffee. The property is conveniently located on Panglao island, in the town of Dauis along the coast facing Tagbilaran City. It is 25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the Tagbilaran pier. Going to Tagbilaran City takes less than 10 minutes. This location is also a perfect starting point for the famous Bohol countryside tour that takes visitors to the Loboc River Cruise and the Chocolate Hills, among many sought after tourist attractions. For those who love the beach, our location is only 20-25 minutes away from Alona Beach, the most central area for enjoying the world-renowned white sand beaches, as well as an abundance of restaurants that offer Filipino, Asian and other international cuisine. Staying with us comes with free breakfast. We serve dinner exclusively for in houses guests only. The common dining hall faces the sea with the best night view of the city's lights.

Transfers to/from the airport and pier may be arranged with host.The property consists of 3 courtyards, the first is a vanilla, vegetable garden, chicken egg farm, koi ponds and garage/parking area. The second courtyard is for guests. The third courtyard is the hosts' residence, with shared dining hall and veranda. The property is spacious with many plants and trees. We are quite accessible from A. Fonacier Circumferential Rd.- Panglao Island's main road. Songculan Lake is 5 mins and Hinagdanan Cave 10 mins away. Totolan is the border barangay between Tagbilaran City and Dauis, separated only by the Dauis Bridge. From the property, going north the Tagbilaran Cathedral and Bohol National Museum are 10 mins away. Towards the east, the Dauis Church is also 10 mins and the Baclayon Church about 25 mins away. The host offers packaged countryside tours with the following itinerary: Blood Compact, Baclayon Church, Butterfly&Python, Loboc River Cruise (with Lunch), Manmade Forest, Tarsier Sanctuary, Chocolate Hills. Optional destinations include ATV rides, Zipline and Mirror of the World. The hosts would gladly arrange your tour, as well. The hosts have several dogs that are restrained.
