This is 27 sqm studio type condo across Iloilo Convention Center and is 4 minutes walk from Festive Mall. Small but comfy. Bed is double bed not queen or two single. Max of two adult guests, kids are not allowed unfortunately.
I live in Norway and my unit is manage by my sister Monalisa but I am the one replying to queries :)
