This is 2 Bedrooms Model Unit of Sorrel Residences across SM Sta.Mesa / Centerpoint and very closed to LRT 2 V.Mapa Station near in Universities belt and other commercial area. Has Sony TV Android ' 55 inches ' with Netflix connected to wifi internet. 3 Aircons and 2 Electric Fan. Fully equipped kitchen utensils with free 2 gallon of water. Washing machine, microwave and kettle are available. We provide towels and toiletries. 7 guests are allowed per reservation. We are charging 400 pesos / per person / day after 7 guests Unregistered / undeclared guest not allowed to stay overnight inside the unit. Penalty of non compliance is P5,000 pesos. Pool can use by the registered guest from monday to wednesday only with 200 pesos per person / day. maximum of 5 persons per unit. Friday to sunday and holidays are for home owners and tenant use only. Pool is closed on thursday for cleaning day. Gym is exclusive for home owners and tenant use only. Guest is not allowed to use the gym ( Sorrel Admin policy ). Paid Parking in admin ( first come first serve basis ). STRICTLY NO PETS allowed in the unit. if caught bringing any pet during your stay you will be liable to charges of 5,000 pesos and will be reported to Booking com. For last minute booking guest, kindly inform us ahead since my Sister in-law / Property assistance do not live nearby. Thanks
