The unit is located near Centrio mall,Gaisano City Mall,SM Downtown Premier, LKKS and commercial establishment.Taxis,Jeepneys and Motorelas are on standby accross the street.With a solid range of smartly planned lifestyle amenities – swimming pools, exercise and play equipment, generous open areas, and a multi-purpose hall - you can live your life to the fullest in a community that nurtures, recharges, and keeps you connected to everything you need.Pool Acess is with a fee of P150 on weekends and P100 on weekdays.We also have paid parking for P300 a night but need reservation ahead of time.Pet is not allowed on this property.
