HOUSE RULES: -There will be Security Deposit of PHP 1,000.00 upon arrival refundable upon check out if no damages and violations. This will be given to the caretaker.  -ALL guests must present a valid ID upon check in.  -No guest can be added without approval of the owner. Penalty will be 500php per head for the violation. PENALTY FOR NO OVERCROWDING POLICY php3K-10K if exceeds to the maximum occupancy of the unit. -There is a PHP 500.00 charge for lost keys. -No pets allowed. -No smoking. You can smoke outside the building or ask the reception. -Please adhere to the building/condominium rules and regulations. Any report incurred will result to additional fees. -No putting of any decorations to avoid damaging the walls and ceilings. -Check in time: 2pm to 6pm Only -Check out time: 12 nn -Late check in after 6pm PHP100 per hour -Late check out after 12nn PHP100 per hour -Please pay in the ADMIN before using the amenities. They are open from 8am to 5pm only. -We will open the room for cleaning purposes in case the guest refuse to check out on the agreed time. - Please keep the ELECTRICITY OFF WHEN NOT IN USE. -Please TAKE CARE OF THE UNIT LIKE YOUR OWN HOME.
