The LivingSpace Project was established as a small, independent hospitality concept on Camotes Island, built around a simple idea—to create spaces that feel calm, intentional, and easy to live in. We currently manage a limited collection of three beachside villas and a 12-seat artisan kitchen, allowing us to stay focused on quality, consistency, and thoughtful design rather than scale. From April 17, 2026, The LivingSpace Villas will no longer operate an in-house restaurant. Rafa & Mika, our artisan kitchen known for handmade and wood-fired cooking, is relocating to a more central location in Camotes Island to better serve the island’s growing dining scene, while the villas remain focused on a quieter, more residential stay. What sets us apart is how we choose to operate. We keep things small on purpose, avoid unnecessary complexity, and focus on creating an experience that feels natural rather than over-managed. Guests can expect clear communication, well-prepared spaces, and a stay that runs smoothly without needing constant oversight—offering a quieter, more independent way of experiencing hospitality.

The LivingSpace Villas is a boutique collection of three beachside villas on Camotes Island, designed for comfort and a relaxed connection to the outdoors. Starting April 17, 2026, The LivingSpace Villas will transition to an unhosted, independent stay experience. This shift is intentional, allowing guests to enjoy more privacy, flexibility, and a slower, uninterrupted rhythm—closer to how the villas were originally meant to be experienced. Guests can move at their own pace—whether it’s a slow morning with coffee, a day exploring the island, or an unplanned afternoon by the sea. The space is designed to support a more natural, easy rhythm. A simple continental-style breakfast for two is included in your stay, featuring freshly baked breads, coffee, butter and jams, and seasonal fruits. Fronted by two hundred meters of unspoiled white sand beach and turquoise blue waters, the LivingSpace Villa sits on 4,200 square meters of secluded seaside real estate on the southern most tip of the Camotes Islands. The Villa houses three private guest suites, each featuring an ensuite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that step out to a private pool overlooking the pristine waters of the Camotes Sea. Grab a paddle board, kayak from beach to beach, go snorkeling, go scuba diving, and for the not too faint of heart, have a go at free diving into some of the most pristine waters in the world. You’ll find amazing cave pools, a unique island lake and even a waterfall or two here on camotes island.
