Newly opened 2-bedroom unit in One Spatial Iloilo. "Condotel" type, but homey feeling. Get comfortable during your stay. We try our best to accommodate requests as much as we can because we believe in rule exemptions 😉. Just leave us advance notice to prepare the unit & to make sure the request is well-coordinated with the rest of the team. We want to welcome every guests with a pleasant impression.

We have 2 active hosts right now, ready for you & your reservation needs. One is Amie, local from the Philippines and the other one is Meg based in USA. Amie live nearby the property, so she manages in-person assistance for guests. She has background in property bookings & management. Meg is an RN and responds to queries during off business hours in the Philippines and overlook the bookings & calendar for updates & promotions. She also makes decision to accommodate last minute and unusual requests.

TLS2, Iloilo is located in the busy area known as the "Megaworld District". It's accessible to hotels, malls, restaurants, laundrynettes, schools, churches, shopping centers & supermarkets. Taxi is always available outside the gate of the property. 24/7 guards on duty may assist guests to call a taxi when needed. Splanade is slightly across the street accessible for an early jog.
