This room was meant to be just s guest room for friends who stay overnight. When this Holiday Vacation Home thing became popular, I thought of giving it a try. I had the room renovated in some areas, new paint, new everything that you find inside the whole unit including some of the bathroom interior . The Guestroom is uniquely situated on the terrace, above the garage, (2nd floor) accessible via concrete stairs, overlooking the garden. This homestay includes an entire room with own toilet & bath and a private entrance from the garden. It is a cozy, cool, comfy, and quiet place to relax before or after your flight. An ideal place for business travelers, backpackers, couples who want a private place, surrounded by trees. Oh, by the way, we don't employ staff to open the gate upon arrival, just ring the bell and any family member will welcome you in. This is a "homestay" or an accomodation categorized as " home-sharing " and NOT a hotel so please don't expect the services of a hotel 24/7, such as carrying luggages to & from the room on the 2nd floor, or getting the food you ordered delivered to your room. It is Self-Service here. You may pick it up at the house gate. Also we do not provide transportation services to and from the airport nor do we arrange transportation. You will be the one to arrange for this. Our home is located in the heart of Parañaque City, 10-15 minutes away from the Domestic & International airports which are just a few blocks away.
I live with my family in a 5 + 1-bedroom house situated in a private village along Roxas Boulevard. ( Visitors entrance is along Quirino Ave., Tambo, in Paranaque City.) As a host, I am hands on and like showing people around or prefer to let my guests do their own thing but am available if needed. If you want a break from the traditional and are looking for an affordable, authentic getaway.... You are welcome to stay and experience Filipino hospitality in a " home away from home style." I am confident you will like my place. Keep safe and you soon. :)
There are around 60 houses inside this village. The neighborhood is quiet and there are houses close by. Please be respectful of my neighbors and always keep your noise level to a minimum. We have 24/7 security with cctv cameras at the gates. Guests can only enter and exit via the MAIN entrance of the village along Quirino Ave.
