The Ubuntu House is built around a warm African theme, with handwoven Maasai tapestries and earthy textiles throughout. It's a bit different from the usual island rental. Three bedrooms (one king, two singles) sleep four, plus a private pool, a separate game room and a full kitchen, so it suits families or groups. We're in Royal Palms Tres, a quiet gated community in Dauis, about 6 km from the airport, with beaches and dive spots close by. Air conditioning throughout and reliable Wi-Fi.
We're a small local team on Panglao. We keep things simple for guests: easy keypad self check-in, clear arrival directions, and quick replies on the app if anything comes up. Happy to share tips on local food, beaches and dive spots nearby.
Everything is close by. San Isidro Beach is a public beach about a 5-minute walk through the community's back gate. Graham ATV Panglao is about 4 minutes away by scooter, and Bohol Bee Farm, a well-known scenic restaurant by the coast, about 5 minutes. The main road is around 3 minutes by scooter, with western and local restaurants, bars, convenience stores, a laundry and a petrol station. The airport is about 6 km away, roughly a 15-minute drive.
