condo with greenery surroundings has a true relaxing feeling. It comfortably fits three and is centrally located on a quiet street, just one block from three major malls sm ayala and robinsons. What makes my space unique is because of the simplicity but very cozy, it will definitely gives you a peace of mind and relaxing feelings. a telephone line so you can make an order to any restaurants nearby whenever you feel starving! Free Wi-Fi so you can surf anytime you want and connect it to our 32inch smart television or chat/video call to your loved ones. Guests can access to swimming pool FREE for FOUR PERSONS and minimal fee (150/head) for weekdays and (300/head) for weekend after four persons. public transportation right in front of the condo. Easy to get a Grab/Uber to pick you up. Or ask the guard on post to radio the guard on gate to get you a taxi/cab. Thanks!
Im a simple person with good personality easy to deal with and understandable. like my unit simple interior with but with a twist.
My neighbourhood are the biggest names in business SM FAIRVIEW AYALA TERRACES MALL AND ROBINSONS MALL. What I'd love about my neighbors are the accessibility everything you need is just a few steps away, from shopping, sports (bowling) or gym's to your favourite food chain into high class Resto or buffet such like sambokojin or yakimix and many more that you will find to Sm and Ayala malls. Or have some chillax​ to Starbucks café or the likes. Everything is just steps away.
