The studio type condo unit is located in the 11th floor of Myvan Cityscape Residences, 6th Lacson Street, Bacolod City, Philippines. The unit is equipped with all the basic things you need during your stay, unlimited WIFI & with netflix using my P. acount.The unit is facing the famous Provincial Capitol Lagoon, wherein from the balcony you have a nice view of the surroundings and the sea view you can see from a distance. The condominium has a 24/7 security service and has a mini swimming pool at the top, where in from the east you can see the mountain view and from the west the sea view and most of all you can have the 360 degree view of the city. Additionally at the G/F reception is available,laundry shop,convenience store, and spa. Furthermore why this location is the best? during Masskara Festival held every October there is a dance parade in the selected Main streets of Bacolod and from the Balcony of the unit you can see the parade and a huge crowd waiting to witness the colorful, extravagant parade of street dancers wearing their face mask(happy and colorful mask) which is the main highlight of the festival.Transportation is also available upon request w/ extra minimal charge
